By downloading, installing, or using ClipArc ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
ClipArc is a clipboard management application for macOS that stores and organizes your clipboard history locally on your Mac. The App provides features including but not limited to clipboard monitoring, content type detection, search functionality, and quick paste capabilities.
Versegates grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClipArc for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

ClipArc offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how ClipArc handles your data. In summary, all clipboard data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the App at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERSEGATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versegates and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Versegates operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
